Privacy

CleverPath is a practice platform for students. We collect as little as we can, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who can use CleverPath

Accounts are for students aged 13 and over. We ask for your year of birth to check this. If you're under 13, we delete the account straight away and keep nothing.

What we collect

• Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google
• Your year of birth (not your full date of birth)
• Your answers, scores, time spent on questions, and the titles you earn
• Basic technical information needed to keep you signed in and the site secure

You can practise without an account. Then your progress stays only on your device and we don't collect it.

How we use it

• To sign you in and save your progress
• To mark your answers and show you what to practise next
• To run the titles you can collect
• To keep the service working and safe

Your scores are for practice only. They are never used for admissions, scholarships or any other decision.

AI marking

Some written answers are marked by AI and always labelled “AI estimate”. To mark them, your answer (not your name or email) is sent to our AI provider. It is not used to train AI models. You can always question an AI mark.

Advertising

If we ever show ads, they will never use personal information to target you, and they will never appear while you're answering questions or sitting a mock exam.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run CleverPath for us: hosting, our database, email delivery and AI marking. They may store data outside Australia. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while you have an account. To see or delete it, email privacy@cleverpath.com.au and we'll do it within 30 days.
